WebFeb 17, 2024 · McDowall passed away in 2009, and since 2010 the Terang Lions Club has awarded the first female runner home in the Noorat to Terang the Judy McDowall Memorial trophy in honour of the celebrated runner. For the anniversary of the Fun Run’s 40th iteration, Judy’s sister Margaret Moloney will be attending the event to represent her legacy.
