You will plainly see, once you get there and board any train, that most people spend their time either sleeping or using their phones on the trains. Texting, surfing, etc. are fine. A few months ago in the train, a female was standing in the aisle talking for ages on her mobile. She had quite a loud voice, and made no obvious effort to speak more softly. On and on she went, blah blah about nothing, as annoying as you can get.
