Sharepoint list choice not showing all items

I made a canvas based on a Sharepoint list with 4900 rows and the gallery filters the data based on the dropdown values (city and year). The issue here is that I don't see all the distinct values in the dropdown (items = distinct (list ... Webb19 maj 2024 · One specific Sharepoint list in the online application, as well as my Teams application, is not showing the 330 items that it has in it. It is only showing items modified from about a week ago. That is about 15 items (rows) or so.

I have two accounts and was switching between accounts on the desktop version. Went into 'Options and settings' and then 'Data source settings' and signed-in again in the root path under global permissions. Now I can view all the lists.
