The pedal is much harder to push now than it was with the floor pedal and rod setup. What am I doing wrong?? The other problem is the brakes. I have bled many brakes without any issues.

It’s the sleeve it’s installed on that’s adjustable. If the bearing fails prematurely it’s because the installer didn’t fully understand what they were doing. The stroke will be a function of the pedal, MC, and range of motion as well as bore size. I get alot more movement with the push type slave from Novak with the AA single MC I have on the Red '51.
