Usually you have the mods in C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\mods, if you deleted them, check your trash can. If you have the mods in the folder but they're not showing up in game: Webthe reason why Sims lose their cc isn't patching, is because you load and save the game with it disabled. there is no need to load a save file to re-enable mods/cc after a patch. this is done from the main menu. then when you reload with all mods/cc up-to-date, Sims will be as you left them.
