Web26 dec. 2024 · It looks like if I make an mkv file and it's saved to a folder while it's open then that can sometimes cause the green progress bar in the address bar to get stuck while it's moving. I made 3 mkv files which were saved to the new folder while it was closed and then I opened the new folder.
