Will probably just use standard automotive wheel bearing grease but thought I check for other recommendations. Check the outer race for dings and scratches. Clean the bearing and check for rust pits, dings, and the like. Once cleaned place the bearing back into the race and feel for any "notchy, crunchy sound”. If so… replace the bearings.
