WebDelrin® 127UV NC010 is a high-viscosity, UV-stabilized acetal homopolymer. It is naturally resilient and self-lubricating. It represents a dramatic improvement over Delrin® 107 in mechanical performance after prolonged UV exposure and thermal stability. WebDuPont offers two Delrin® materials that are optimized for UV performance in photovoltaic applications. Both materials are well suited for PV tracker bearing applications, as they are UV stabilized and have excellent impact strength, UV resistance and thermal stability.
