WebIt has been proposed that a healthcare system that supports effective teamwork can improve the quality of patient care and reduce workload issues that cause burnout among healthcare professionals. Few clear guidelines exist to help guide the implementation of all these recommendations in healthcare settings. WebLooking at the distribution of the emotions, despite the majority of the respondents reporting low depression, (PHQ-9 low = 51.26%), a majority of them reported severe anxiety and high burnout level (ANXIETY1 severe = 74.79%, ANXIETY2 severe = 56.72%, Burnout severe = 53.36%).
