I've been looking … WebBlades is a system that resists minmaxing and powergaming, and encourages flawed characters and adversity. That's pretty much the norm for the 'narrative gaming' subgenre. I reccommend you play some more and learn the game, rather than thinking this excellent and very thoroughly playtested game needs changing after you have only played it once.
